Our Company

Whallon Machinery is located in the small farming community of Royal Center, Indiana. In 1974 Les Whallon purchased the vacant gymnasium and dilapidated old school building that was once home of the Royal Center Bulldogs. The old school was torn down years later and a new facility built in its place. Along with additional expansions, Whallon Machinery now has close to 40,000 square feet under roof. Les then passed the business onto his three kids, Leslie Smith, Mike Whallon, and Sally Miller. All three of Les’ kids have worked at Whallon Machinery, carrying on the family name, and way of business well into the second generation. In the interest of keeping the same values that Whallon Machinery has maintained since its founding, the business has since been passed on to its employees. Jeff Tevis (President), Andy Keiser (Plant Manager), Tom Shaw (Sales Manager), Nathan Peacock (Controls Engineer).

Over 3,000 units have been sold throughout North America, South America, New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Africa, and Europe. Whallon equipment can be found in diverse industries handling different products such as cans, cases, PET bottles, bowls, glass, paint, adhesives, filters, resins, bathtubs, and light bulbs. Our commitment to provide quality equipment backed up by Les Whallon's philosophy that "customer service is everything" explains why customers trust Whallon to handle their products. We are extremely proud of our impressive Customer List and even more proud that over 80% of our business comes from repeat customers.

Years have gone by since the old Royal Center School was razed but the gymnasium with that distinctive roofline stands today. In the 50 years since Les Whallon began building palletizers, our product line has evolved but our commitment to providing lifetime support explains why machines dating back to the 1970's remain in operation today.

We would like to thank you for visiting our website. If you are currently a Whallon user, thank you again for your business. If you are considering a Whallon machine, we would love to hear from you and add your name to our impressive Customer List.
