STEP 2: Note the location of the proximity actuator. Unbolt and remove brake drum and all parts labeled Item #2.

STEP 3: Place shield (Item #3) over inner tube. Using a die grinder, cut the four (4) welds on the 5 3/8" diameter plug (Item #4).

STEP 4: Remove the plug and shield. Wipe the area to remove any metal shavings, grease or debris.

STEP 5: Insert the 4 1/2" diameter x 4' long support bar (Item #5) inside of the inner tube. The support bar should rest on the base plate.

STEP 6: Place shield (Item #3) over inner tube. Insert new 5 3/8" diameter plug into position and weld in four (4) places. Remove shield and bolt new brake drum in position.

STEP 7: Reinstall all items labeled #2. Adjust the proximity actuator to the original position.
